Fez is known for having one of the most refined cuisines in Morocco: pigeon or chicken pastilla dusted with cinnamon, slow-cooked tagines, a dozen cooked salads, and pastries with almonds and orange blossom.
Choose a dinner served in your riad’s courtyard or on the roof terrace, or a hands-on class. Classes usually begin in the food souk to choose spices, olives and vegetables, then continue in the kitchen with the cook.
Vegetarian, gluten-free and children’s menus on request. We coordinate everything with your riad, or book a riad kitchen for you if yours does not have one.

Questions
Can the dinner happen in the riad where we stay?
Usually yes: we arrange it with the riad. If it is not possible, we book a partner riad nearby.
