How do I book?
Write to us on WhatsApp or by email: dates, group size and what interests you. You get a firm quote back, typically in under an hour during daytime.
Do I pay in advance?
Nothing is due until your booking is confirmed. Depending on the service, you pay on the day in cash or a deposit is requested for multi-day tours.
Is Fez safe for tourists?
Yes, Fez is generally safe. The main nuisance is unofficial guides offering help in the medina — a polite “no thank you” is enough. Keep valuables discreet, as in any busy city.
Euros or dirhams?
The local currency is the Moroccan dirham (MAD). Euros are accepted by many tourism services, but small purchases in the medina are in dirhams. ATMs are easy to find near the main gates and in the new town.
What is the best time to visit Fez?
Spring and autumn are ideal. Winter is mild during the day but cold at night; summer is hot, often above 35 °C.
How many days do I need in Fez?
Two full days for the medina, plus one day per excursion (Volubilis–Meknes, Chefchaouen) — or add 2–3 days for the Sahara.
